Peter Woolman

Peter Woolman is the Co-Director of HPM Consultants, with extensive experience in the Holiday Parks and Accommodation Industry. Growing up in a family-owned holiday park business, he gained hands-on knowledge that he later shared with larger corporate-owned parks. This background has given him a well-rounded understanding of the industry, from daily operations to financial growth.

Peter recognizes the challenges that come with fast business growth. Through HPM, he strives to help businesses thrive and ensures owners can capitalize on their success while managing growth effectively.

With a strong passion for working closely with clients, Peter is dedicated to providing guidance at all levels. Whether helping businesses develop effective plans or simply providing direction, he ensures clients are informed, understood, and fully equipped to advance to the next stage of their business journey.

Peter Woolman

Paul Stuart-Higgs

Paul`s career includes significant experience in the Tourism, Leisure, Facility Management, and the Accommodation industry. Working in both Government and the Private sectors. Paul has therefore experienced a lot of the good, a lot of the bad and also lot of the indifferent business models across a variety of tourism businesses and holiday park activities both here in Australia and in New Zealand. 

Paul`s experience and expertise relate directly to defining the direction, and the structure of organisations to achieve strategic goals. Paul has carried out large scale restructures of tourism businesses for both Commercial entities and Not for Profit Boards. Across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and New Zealand.

Paul is focused on assisting entire organisations to get the best out of their business but also to help develop an understanding of what the goals for the business are at all levels. He also has a strong connection to the development of great experiences for guests from the smallest details of the customer journey, whether it`s on-line, the experience itself, and of course the post experience engagement. The great customer experience is central to increased revenue via great systems implemented by an engaged and agile workforce.
